Naughty.
What is it about that word that is so delicious?
"Naughty girl."
"You've been naughty."
Why do those phrases conjure up tingly feelings and tightening tummies?
I've looked up some synonyms for naughty, but in my opinion, none of them is as good.
Impish
Rowdy
Deceitful
Mischievous
Obstreperous
"You've been an obstreperous girl" is hardly the stuff of romance, if you ask me.
What about you? Is naughty a word that gets you a little (or a lot) excited? What is it about that word?
I don't know what it is about that word, but it gives me that tingling and tummy churning feeling every time.

This is interesting. I'll have to think about this. I can tell what words turn on some of my fellow spanking fiction authors by the frequency that they used them in their fiction, but I'm not sure what my words are.
ReplyDeleteMaybe because it sets up that relationship as one where a soanking may occur!
ReplyDeleteI do love the word obstreperous!
Yup - I used that for N too.
