Snark.
If I was the eighth dwarf, I'd be Snarky.
Shocking, I know.
In the old days, it was called sarcasm. Now it's called snark. It's probably not the most effective form of communication, but it sure is one that I enjoy.
A friend of mine once said to me "You don't suffer fools gladly" and I think that's pretty accurate. Generally, I'm patient with those who deserve and need my patience but for people who are arrogant, self-centered and oh-so-self-important, Snark is my weapon of choice.
LoL Celeste, love Snarky the eighth dwarf. This is so me as well, I can't help mysef lol.

Mine too, along with succinct.
ReplyDeleteI remember one of my college professors saying that the number one rule of teaching is never discipline with sarcasm, rule number two is that you ALWAYS break rule number one. I teach twelve year olds - I couldn't go a day without snarking. The good part is most don't get it, and the one who do think I'm hilarious.
ReplyDeleteI tend to get snarky especially when I have lost any and all patience. But if there was a dwarf named Snarky, it would have to be female. Men are not usually snarky but are usually rude.
ReplyDeleteSnark! I just love that word. Snark, snark snark.
ReplyDeleteGreat post!
I love being snarky!
ReplyDeleteSnark needs to be added to the dictionary, I use it all the time, and spell check doesn't like it!
