Would You Like to Borrow Underwear Probation?

I recently enrolled Underwear Probation in Kindle Direct Publishing Select (KDP Select). What this means is that if you are an Amazon Prime member you can borrow Underwear Probation (and thousands of other titles as well) for free.

I'm not an Amazon Prime member (though I might become one) and I have no opinion on whether this is a good program for you to join or not. But, if you are a member, I'd be curious to hear what you think of it.

And don't forget that the 100K giveaway is still going on. So leave a comment to be entered in the drawing for a $10 Amazon gift card.

  1. I am a prime member and I LOVE it...free 2 day shipping, and I find for the most part their prices are comarable, and they do have sales. KDP means I will love it even more, thanks!

    1. Thanks Abby. Very interesting. What do you think of the streaming movies etc?

I had another borrow....so if that was you, thanks!:)

  2. I am a prime member, but I don't have a physical kindle (just the app on computer and phone). That means, as far as I know, I can't borrow the kindle books. I would love to be able to borrow it! I did try a kindle for their last Christmas promotion, but I mainly wanted it for PDFs.

The movies, TV, etc. are wonderful. Enough that I've cancelled my subscription to Hulu Plus. I'm especially thrilled with all of the Star Trek shows available. :)

    1. Oooh I'm so glad I read this before I signed up for that. The money a year thing is probably a lot more than the books that I would read. TY!

    2. And I have to say I adore that you love Star Trek too. :)

    3. Interesting. Are the movies and TV better than streaming Netfix?

I actually didn't think very many people would borrow the book since it's relatively inexpensive compared to others that are available for loan, so I've been pleased to see some people borrow it.

    4. Glad to help, Adaline! If you are a student, though, you can get Prime for half-price for one year. It is a good deal.

      And ST is wonderful. :D

I haven't streamed Netflix, but I have never had a good experience with them. They may have gotten better, and one thing to remember is that I don't necessarily watch all the newly released movies. Amazon is more about the classics and older released movies (new-ish but not new releases).

I do want to support the writing community, though, so I am debating getting a kindle after all. Maybe just the simple one.

  3. Well since I own it....I don't need to borrow it. LOL
I am not a prime member however, and I have a Nook.

  4. I am a prime member too, but I always forget to borrow books. My husband has to remind me about it each month LOL.

Two of my books (one Sue book and another one under a different name) have done the KDP select thing on Amazon with great results...especially right after I used my 5 free days. I hope you have great results too! :)

    2. We really just do it for the 2 day shipping LOL. My husband has used it for the movies and TV shows a few times, but we mostly use Netflix:)

  5. My husband is a prime member, but I haven't figured out how to borrow books. For some reason, it seemed to charge me anyway!
